DOLMADAKIA

Well, you are one of these humans that actually want to put time and effort into making your own! I’ve got a culinary challenge for you then! Take the vine leaves and try to make your own Dolmadakia. All you need is rice, dill, salt and pepper, good handy work and… just a little patience (know this song?).

My tip of the day: Practice makes perfect, don’t give up…

Then again, use your own imagination and wrap the vine leaves around other (edible) things such as meats, cous cous etc.

Don’t go for the Adam and Eve look, theirs wasn’t boiled and the leaves came from a fig tree….
